We Think "Green"

Our “Green” identity is present from the first stage of construction, responsibly using natural building materials, aiming to drastically reduce the environmental footprint through the adoption of energy efficient and renewable energy technologies. The company ensures the low energy consumption of all buildings by issuing a KENAK Certificate (Regulation of Energy Efficiency of Buildings), and applying where permitted by law in 4067/2012, Article 10 NOK (New Building Regulation).

All Our Properties Are A+ Certified.

By energy efficiency of the building, we mean the amount of energy consumed by it and which may include heating, hot water production, cooling, ventilation and lighting. This quantity is expressed by numerical indicators calculated considering the insulation, technical and installation characteristics, design and location in relation to climatic factors, sun exposure and the influence of neighboring structures, energy production of the building. In addition, factors affecting energy demand are calculated, such as the climatic conditions inside the building.

All our properties have A+ certification, which is the highest energy efficiency certification in Greece. NOVA Constructions is fully connected to our environmental responsibilities, and we aim to reduce our energy footprint with every step we take.

Less Plot Coverage
We support passive methods that help improve thermal comfort when using buildings. We reduce the coverage of the building and use technologies and materials that are environmentally friendly.
Planted Roofs And Balconies
Planted roofs and balconies approach the natural landscape, creating natural outdoor spaces in our buildings. In this way we offer multiple benefits, both in terms of energy, environment and economy.
Big Openings
The correct placement of large openings in our homes contributes significantly to heating and air conditioning. By creating a well-designed system, we allow the circulation of fresh air, remove dirt and moisture, while saving energy.
Correct Orientation
The correct orientation of the building offers energy autonomy, with proper use of space. Our necessary condition is the selection of the appropriate plot and the correct placement of the building in it.
